From record-setting revenue growth to scaling high-potential business verticals, Mode Mobile is charging into the final stretch of 2024 with powerful momentum. Here's a look at our recent achievements and what's on the horizon! Recent Highlights: 60% revenue growth from Jan-Sept. 2024 compared to the same period last year $9.1M revenue generated for Jan-Sept. 2024 74% gross margins, up 63% YoY EBITDA losses reduced by 36% YoY, accelerating path to profitability 800% growth in email revenue, on track to reach $1.5M in 2024 11% increase in Mystery Box reveals, with $31.5K spent on reveals Finance & Business Performance: $9.1M in revenue generated from January through September represents a 60% increase over the same period in 2023. Web3 continues to be a key growth driver, now making up more than 15% of our revenue — a significant win over last year when it didn't yet exist as a revenue stream. Operationally, we're hitting new efficiency milestones. Gross margins have climbed to 74%, up from 63% last year, and we've cut EBITDA losses by 36% year-over-year. These gains are more than just incremental improvements — they demonstrated a ruthless prioritization on capital efficiency and are therefore accelerating our path to profitability. Our entire team is proud of setting the stage for a strong finish to the year. Business Strategy: We're doubling down on efforts to unlock new revenue streams and scale our most promising business lines. With a focus on rapidly expanding high-potential verticals like email and news, we're targeting low-cost, high-margin opportunities that can deliver substantial returns with minimal investment. Here's where we're seeing significant growth: Email Revenue Surge: What began as a modest revenue stream last year – generating just $100K – email has evolved into a major growth driver. Now, we're on track to achieve $1.5M in email revenue this year — an 800% increase. Even better, we're achieving this growth with an impressive 80% margin, all thanks to a lean team delivering high-quality content that helps our 45M+ users earn and save. Growth in News Content: Alongside email, our news content initiatives have seen strong tailwinds, emerging as another high-potential revenue stream. By strategically using capital-earning and saving content to engage our users, we've been able to drive higher monetization across the Mode Mobile ecosystem. News has now become a valuable complement to our core earning and savings offerings. Strategic Acquisitions and Roll-Up Opportunities: To accelerate growth, we're actively exploring strategic acquisitions to strengthen our partnerships and monetization capabilities, especially as we sell and close contracts directly with global carriers. This approach aims to solidify Mode's position as the leading monetization and rewards solution in the mobile industry, setting us apart globally in a rapidly evolving market thirsty for innovation. Web3 Partnership with EARN'M:  Momentum with Mystery Boxes continues to build, driven by a more seamless experience on the Mode Earn App. Here's what's new since our last update: We've seen an 11% increase in Mystery Boxes reveals, with $31.5K spent on Mystery Boxes instead of redemptions within Mode – this shift highlights sticky user engagement. User experience has improved significantly, with a noticeable drop in EARN'M-related support tickets. The updated flow is now more intuitive and self-explanatory, reducing friction and boosting satisfaction.
